 When do orders ship?

We ship once a week, typically Fridays. Unless it's a holiday. Please allow up to 2 WEEKS for your order to be processed and shipped, and 4-6 weeks for large custom orders. Please remember this is 90% a one woman show, who runs a small farm and is a dedicated author building a wildlife rehab center. I truly work hard to give fast good service. Often, I'm able to ship within a few days! Currently, all shipping is standard US Only. International soon. Shop pauses shipping from December 10th-January 5th to enjoy the holidays, so please plan your holiday orders accordingly. (Blacksmith will communicate wait lists and production times, directly with ax/cleaver customers.)

What about returns/refunds?

Please message us directly if you are unsatisfied with your purchase or have any issues at all. We will do whatever we can to correct any issues and make it right, within reason. However we cannot be held accountable for damaged or stolen packages, and custom orders are non-refundable.
